Все перекатано и не раз, в воде тело не валялось, даже не знаю куда дальше смотреть. Вообще-то вру, betty не менял просто катал, но думаю не она.

Опять я к телефону вернулся, отреболил весь, опять память заменил, стер, прошил, rpl, sx4,pm первый лог - ОК, выдергиваю FBUS, втыкаю снова первый раз зачитало как будто слетел rpl, потом вроде свой IMEI на месте но SPinfo не читается. Флешки уже две прекрасно пашут в других телефонах

Добрый вечер всем. Все-таки добил я телефон, нашел такую же флешь samsung как стояла в телефоне, почему не сохранялась инфа во флеши ST не знаю, она же прекрасно работает в 5530 с него сейчас строчу это сообщение. Лог приводить не буду, но телефон уже работает. Тема закрыта, вопрос решен.
