Replaced или нет
Всем привет, чисто для своего интереса пытаюсь разобраться с одним iPhone X с нерабочим FACE ID. По checkcoverage.apple.com бьется как обычный телефон (не replaced)
Заказал услугу по "История обращений в Apple (Case)":

Больше ничего нет, выходит телефон пытались заменить, но не вышло? Ибо ничего по Replacement в отчете нету, кроме этих запчастей. Продавец говорил что ничего не менял, ибо в Apple сказали что там liquid damage был. И выходит телефон что в руках с IMEI *6979 не replaced? |
